Travel is optional and depends on your location and transport. Eligible adult TFI 90-minute fares are €1.70 in Cork and €2 in Dublin. Two separately charged fare windows would cost €3.40 or €4; eligible return journeys within the same 90-minute window may be included. These city fare examples are separate from the GP fee examples above. Parking and fuel depend on how you travel.
General consultation offers can be as low as €25. Each doctor sets their own fee, and your offer shows the appointment time, exact fee and payment currency before you accept. Fees and availability vary by doctor and request.
If the offer is priced in GBP, it is not a euro price. Your bank or payment provider may apply its exchange rate and conversion fees. Check the final payment details before accepting. No fixed saving against an in-person visit is claimed.
Submitting a request is free and does not book an appointment. You decide whether to accept a doctor’s offer.
Describe your concern, your location and the relevant details. This lets available doctors consider whether they can help online.
Available doctors who can help may send an offer with a proposed appointment time and their fee. Response times vary; a reply or appointment within an hour is not guaranteed.
Review any offers, including the doctor’s details, appointment time, fee and currency. A reply is an offer, not the consultation itself. Choose an offer that suits you.
You are charged when you accept an offer. Join the video consultation in your browser at the agreed time using a camera-enabled device and an internet connection.
A request may receive no offers. If you do not accept an offer, you are not charged for submitting the request. Online consultations cannot provide every physical examination, test or treatment. A doctor may recommend an in-person appointment, which may involve a separate fee. Do not wait for a reply if you need urgent in-person care.
Time Medics is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency in Ireland, call 112 or 999.
For suitable healthcare needs, Time Medics gives you a way to start from wherever you are, see the doctor's fee before paying, and join the consultation online.
